This is reported by Interfax with reference to the new edition of the draft Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) of Russia.

It is noted that the fine for such an offense will be from 3 thousand rubles.

If the offender is a child under 16 years of age, his parents will be subject to sanctions.

Earlier it became known that in accordance with the new draft Code of Administrative Offenses developed by the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the driver will be deprived of his rights for a period of one to one and a half years for systematic gross violation of traffic rules.
