“It has been decided to visit fitness centers and spas from October 30 only if the citizen has a vaccination certificate, QR code, or a negative test result by PCR for COVID-19,” the statement on the regional government's website says.
It is noted that from November 8, these restrictions will also affect catering establishments, shopping centers and non-food stores.
It is also reported that the number of cases of coronavirus infection among the working population has increased in the region.
Earlier it became known that in Russia 47 regions have introduced QR codes for visiting various institutions.
