"In Moscow, 8,440 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified," the capital's headquarters said in a Telegram message.
It is specified that 95 patients have died in the city in 24 hours.
Another 5232 people recovered in a day.
In Moscow, on October 25, the next coronavirus restrictions came into force, designed to improve the epidemiological situation in the city.
