105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder) and Part 3 of Art.
222 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, transfer or carrying of weapons, main parts of firearms, ammunition).
On October 22, the Investigative Committee completed the investigation of the criminal case against Furgal.
Earlier, the appellate court ruled legal the extension of Furgalu's arrest.
In February, the UK filed a final indictment against Furgal.
