The Minister noted that the EU Court completely ignores the Polish Constitution and the verdicts of the Constitutional Court.

“He works outside his competence and abuses the appointment of monetary fines and interim measures,” concluded the Deputy Minister of Justice of Poland.

Earlier, the EU court imposed fines on Poland due to the situation with the disciplinary chamber for local judges.
