October 27, 2021A new accident at work resulted in yet another victim.
His name was Alfonso Maya, an entrepreneur in the confectionery sector of Rotondi, in the province of Avellino: he was working driving an excavator on his own land when the vehicle - probably due to a problem of altitude - overturned, throwing it out of the cabin and overwhelmed.
The Fire Brigade intervened to free the crushed body from the vehicle, the help of the 118 was useless and they were only able to ascertain his death.
On the spot also the Carabinieri who started the investigations.
Among the causes of the accident there could also be a sudden illness or a wrong maneuver.
