In August, Pavel Krasheninnikov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation, said that he and the First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council, Andrei Turchak, had submitted to the State Duma a bill to extend the dacha amnesty until March 1, 2031.
