As specified, the investigators opened a case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art.
238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers).
Earlier, the governor of the Kaliningrad region, Anton Alikhanov, left for Baltiysk, where a cotton of a gas-air mixture occurred in a residential building.
Cotton gas caused a fire on an area of about 50 square meters.
