The store was fined 20 thousand rubles under Part 1 of Article 11.7 "Failure to comply with the decision of the Anti-Terrorist Commission in the Perm Territory."

According to the agency, the store itself refused to comment on the ruling.

Social networks reported that after the shooting in Kazan in the Perm Territory, the commission obliged sellers to report to law enforcement agencies about all buyers under the age of 24 who purchase ammunition. 

On the morning of September 20, a student opened fire from a hunting smooth-bore rifle in the building of the Perm university.

As a result of the emergency, six people died and dozens were injured.

During the arrest, the shooter resisted and was wounded.
