The head of the republic, Sergei Melikov, spoke about this during a meeting of the operational headquarters to combat COVID-19.
“This applies to shopping centers, retail outlets, catering establishments, theaters, cinemas, sports centers, fitness rooms, beauty salons, and other enterprises,” RIA Novosti quoted Melikova as saying.
Earlier, the first vice-governor of the Novosibirsk region, Yuri Petukhov, said that from October 30, a QR-code system will operate in the region for access to cinemas, theaters and fitness centers.
At the same time, in the Khabarovsk Territory, from October 26, a ban was introduced on visiting night restaurants and clubs.
Also, the authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory will begin a phased introduction of the QR-code system from November 1.
