He noted that the temperature will be below normal by one degree.

According to him, October as a whole will be slightly higher than normal in terms of temperature.

Earlier, Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading employee of the Phobos weather center, said that the coldest night since the beginning of autumn is expected in Moscow on October 25.
