The case concerns a decision to reassign two students to a school in another municipality.

A decision which the prosecutor considered to be illegal and which thus led to prosecution for misconduct.

But Örebro District Court does not follow the prosecutor's line, but acquits all the accused from the suspicions in their verdict.

In its judgment, the district court has reasoned about sections in the Education Act and concluded that the decision is not in such conflict with the legislation that it can lead to criminal liability for misconduct.

The verdict was handed down on Friday.
