The Green Middle East Initiative summit brought together prominent international and regional leaders, and the participation of governmental institutions, organizations and civil associations in order to reach consensus on measures to meet common environmental commitments, and start a new phase of climate diplomacy and international cooperation, in order to promote climate action on a large scale and quickly.
