An actor is said to have fired twice with a pistol, supposedly not loaded.
The incident did not give rise to any review of security measures.
The film gunsmith and an assistant director at the heart of the investigation
The role of movie gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez Reed, 24, is coming under close scrutiny by investigators as she was the one who prepared the gun.
She had placed it on a cart with two other weapons.
Alec Baldwin also explained that it was an assistant director who handed him the weapon, telling him that it was "

The police are still trying to determine who loaded the offending weapon and when protocol was not followed.
A search warrant was issued by a judge on Friday, authorizing law enforcement to seize equipment related to the shoot as well as weapons and ammunition used as props, and clothing worn by the actor and the rest of the team during the drama.
Hit in the chest after Alex Baldwin triggered a weapon used as a prop for the film, cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was transported by helicopter to a hospital in New Mexico, where she was pronounced dead.
Director Joel Souza sustained a shoulder injury during the shooting.
