“I signed a green corridor agreement between the countries this morning with the UAE Minister of Health,” Horowitz wrote on Twitter.
He clarified that this agreement provides for the mutual recognition of vaccination certificates and free movement of citizens between the two countries without the need for self-isolation.
In September, the Israeli ambassador to Moscow, Alexander Ben Zvi, said that negotiations between Russia and Israel on the recognition of Russian vaccination certificates could be completed by the end of the year.
