In total, two out of three salmon were stolen in the artwork in Laxå last year.
The third was dismantled by the municipality for preventive purposes.
One of the salmon has previously been returned, but the last one has been delayed.
It was found by a person next to the road in the Askersund area who after a while realized that it was "wanted".
In a press release from Laxå, municipal councilor Bo Rudolfsson (KD) writes that they should now think about how the salmon should be protected so that they are not stolen again.
"I am extremely happy that the last salmon is now in safe hands.
Since the artist is no longer alive, the salmon are irreplaceable, ”he writes.
