It was in June 2020 that a workplace accident occurred at Strömsholm Castle in Hallstahammar municipality.

According to chamber prosecutor Gunnar Jonasson, the employer would have ensured that the employee concerned had the knowledge required to drive an ATV in a safe manner.

District Attorney Gunnar Jonasson believes that the current event with a high degree of probability would not have occurred if the court had known what applies.

Therefore, the Court States are required to pay a fine of SEK 300,000.
