“A pre-investigation check has been organized on the fact of a collision of a truck with a train on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art.

263 of the Criminal Code of Russia, ”the message says.

It is noted that an investigation group left for the place of emergency.

Earlier it became known that at the crossing of the Ledyanaya station in the Amur Region, a freight train rammed a truck, as a result of which the driver of the car died. 

The press service of the Trans-Baikal Railway said that the truck driver violated the traffic rules and drove out on the track when the traffic light was prohibited in front of the approaching train.
