In the regions of Russia, backup centers for a single number 112 may appear

These centers are planned to be created in order to duplicate the main functions of the head centers and ensure the reliability of their work.

In April, Moscow assessed the results of Sistema-112's work on calling emergency services.

In December, the State Duma adopted a law introducing a single number 112 for calling emergency services.
