The alarm about the accident came at 5.30 pm on Saturday.
A collision between four vehicles must have taken place on the E4 between Harmånger and Jättendal.
Seven people must be involved and according to SOS Alarm, at least one person must be trapped.
Road closed
At 6.30 pm, six ambulances and an ambulance helicopter were on site.
No one was then taken to hospital, but according to SOS, transport is being prepared for an unknown number of people.
According to the Swedish Transport Administration, the road is completely closed in connection with the rescue work.
