Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said that the demarcation of the maritime border and the disputed economic zone with Israel is up to the state.

He added in a speech on Friday evening that if the enemy (Israel) imagines that it can act as it wants in the disputed area before this conflict is resolved, then it is wrong.

He stated that they had followed up information in the media that Israel assigned an oil exploration company to start drilling in the disputed area, but they preferred to wait until the situation clears up and its outcome becomes clear.

He stressed that the capabilities and capabilities of the resistance were prepared to protect Lebanon and its wealth, and that the resistance will act when it finds that Lebanon's oil and Lebanon's gas - even in the disputed region - are in danger, and it is capable of that, according to him.

On another issue, Nasrallah said that they are following up on the investigation into the Tayouneh events, "which is a good and brave investigation," according to him.

Last Thursday, Beirut witnessed bloody armed clashes, which began with shooting as a number of demonstrators headed to the Adliya area to participate in a protest sit-in called by both Hezbollah and the Amal movement in front of the Palace of Justice, to demand the departure of the judicial investigation judge in the file of the Beirut port explosion, Judge Tariq Al-Bitar. .

Clashes took place with machine guns and heavy shells for about 5 hours in Al-Tayouneh, which separates the Shiite-majority area and the Christian-majority "Ain Al-Rummaneh - Badaro" area, and the events caused the death of 7 people, most of them from Hezbollah.
