It was in July this year that the incident is said to have occurred in Perstorp.
According to the indictment, the man then pulled down his trousers and showed the genitals to two young girls and then urged them to perform a sexual act on him.
The girls state in interrogation that they felt bad after the incident.
During questioning, they were able to point out the man in a photo confrontation and now the man is being prosecuted at Helsingborg District Court for sexual harassment.
He denies any wrongdoing.
SVT Nyheter Helsingborg has previously reported on the concern for the man, something that in the autumn, among other things, caused students to be bussed between two schools.
In the clip below, you can hear more about how the man affected Perstorp earlier this autumn.

The man was stabbed after the incident
At the same time, a trial was taking place this week where this man is instead a plaintiff after being stabbed outside a grocery store in Perstorp.
There are two men in their 20s charged with attempted murder.
This happened in August this year - a couple of weeks after the suspected sexual harassment.
The motive: The concern for the man
According to prosecutor Cladio Gittermann, it must have been concern for the man that led to him being beaten outside the grocery store.
- The suspect believes that the plaintiff has been approachable and unpleasant towards relatives of him and other people in the community.
Shortly before the act, there was a confrontation near the crime scene and there was a threatening atmosphere and it went over a certain limit, I understand, he told SVT Nyheter Helsingborg then.
As evidence in that case, there is, among other things, a surveillance film that shows the course of events.
Both men in their 20s deny the crime.
