“I decree that it is important for the national interests of the country to provide assistance of up to $ 976.1 million to meet urgent needs in support of Operation Welcome Allies and other related State Department efforts, including additional relocation of affected risk in light of the prevailing circumstances in Afghanistan, ”- says the memorandum sent by the President to the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

It is noted that this assistance can be provided, among other things, by sponsoring international structures and non-governmental organizations.

On September 11, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev announced the threat of a migration crisis in the country due to the situation in Afghanistan.
