“From November 15, the admission of visitors (with the exception of persons under the age of 18) to the following facilities will be carried out only with a QR code, a certificate or a certificate of vaccination, or a certificate of a previous coronavirus infection, or a PCR test: facilities in which there is creative activity, activities in the field of art and entertainment, film demonstrations, catering, shopping and shopping and entertainment centers, ”the statement says.
Earlier, the governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, said that a QR code system for visiting cafes and restaurants is being introduced in the resort cities of the region from October 30 to November 7.
