On October 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which non-working days are declared in the country from October 30 to November 7.
This decision was made in connection with the spread of the coronavirus.
At the same time, the regional authorities have the right to establish additional non-working days until October 30 and extend them after November 7, with the preservation of wages for employees.
