  Wang Wenbin said that from October 19th to 20th, Yue Xiaoyong, Special Envoy for Afghanistan Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was invited to attend the China-Russia-Pakistan (Kistan) tripartite meeting of special envoys on Afghanistan and the third "Moscow Model" meeting on Afghanistan in Moscow. In-depth exchanges of views on the current situation in Afghanistan, anti-terrorism and drug security, and humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and other issues have reached broad consensus.

  "All parties emphasized that they respect Afghanistan's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, adhere to the principle of'Afghan-led and Afghan-owned', and call on Afghanistan to form a broad and inclusive political structure, implement a moderate and stable domestic and foreign policies, and respect minorities, women and children.
