Former US President Donald Trump has presented plans for his own online network.

The “TRUTH Social” platform will initially be launched as a test version in November, “to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech,” Trump said on Wednesday.

The nationwide start is planned for the beginning of 2022.

Large online networks such as Twitter and Facebook banned him from their platforms at the beginning of the year.

"We live in a world where the Taliban have a large presence on Twitter, but your dearest American president has been silenced," Trump said.

"This is unacceptable."

Video service also planned

That is why he founded the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) and will soon publish his first “truth” on the new platform.

In addition to the online network, TMTG will also launch a video service that will concentrate on politically incorrect entertainment formats.

Trump was highly active on online networks during his tenure, particularly on Twitter.

Critics accuse him of provoking the storming of the Capitol during the formal confirmation of the election victory of Trump's challenger in the presidential election, Joe Biden, on January 6th.

He also continues to claim, without any evidence, that his presidential election victory was stolen by fraud.

With that he heated up the mood in the country.

Twitter, as well as Facebook and Youtube, blocked Trump's profiles shortly before the end of his term in office.

Twitter, where he was followed by more than 80 million users, had been his most important communication platform until then.
