October 20, 2021 The Senate classroom approved the agenda presented by Pd, M5s, Leu, Iv, Autonomie on the ban on the reorganization of the dissolved fascist party and the dissolution of Forza Nuova. The vote took place by show of hands.
The Chamber also approved the motion presented by Fi, FdI and Lega to counter all forms of violence and totalitarianism.
The agenda asks the Government to evaluate how to follow up the constitutional dictate and the current legislation on the prohibition of reorganization of the fascist party, adopting measures within its competence to proceed with the dissolution of Forza Nuova and the political movements of clear fascist inspiration.
The motion of the center-right, on the other hand, asks the Government to evaluate the methods of application of the measures provided for by the law to counter all the subversive realities of the democratic order and to follow up on the investigations of the judiciary.
