Volodin said this during a plenary meeting of the State Duma.

“Today 13 deputies are sick with covid, and the number of those who are sick is increasing,” he said.

According to him, the proportion of deputies who have recovered is 30%.

At the same time, 62% of the deputies were vaccinated.

On October 12, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Zhirinovsky urged not to let into the hall of deputies who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19.

He said that 11 State Duma deputies of the VIII convocation fell ill with coronavirus.
