Sweets, fresh sausages and kombucha drinks are three examples from the 44-line list of different classes the country's food creators could line up in when the Swedish Championships in food crafts were to be decided.

Another of the classes was hard flatbread where Nik Märak was one of the judges.

- It is important to brush off the flour before putting the bread in the oven.

Because it must not be flour fish, it will be like a sour taste then, she says.

The profile about food crafts

In addition to the competition itself, the participants were invited to seminars and lectures.

One of the lecturers was the chef and TV profile Tareq Taylor.

- The food craft had to stand aside until quite recently, so it's nice that it can take its place again, he says.

The jury work was planned to take place sometime on Tuesday evening and the winners will be chosen on Wednesday.
