The main content is to refine the anti-doping regulations, summarize the content of the law, and regulate anti-doping work, including the principle of prohibiting the use of doping; stipulating that doping should not be provided to sports participants or in disguised form.

  The draft stipulates that the state establishes an anti-doping management mechanism, clarifies the responsibilities of sports administrative departments and related departments, and anti-doping international cooperation.

  The draft also made corresponding amendments to strengthen the national strategy of national fitness, implement new requirements for the integration of sports and education, promote the development of competitive sports, and give play to the role of sports organizations.

For example, it is stipulated that schools must offer physical education classes, and new provisions have been added to ensure that physical education hours are not occupied and that there is no less than one hour of physical exercise in school to ensure that students have sufficient time for physical exercise.

  The draft also adds new clauses for the protection of athletes' rights to strengthen the protection of athletes' rights.

In terms of supervision and management, a new sports arbitration chapter has been added to change the status quo that sports arbitration regulations have not been implemented for a long time, and establish a sports arbitration system suitable for China's national conditions.
