They were, it seems, desperate to steal some credit cards.
Two pickpockets were arrested on Friday for a series of thefts in a meeting in bars and nightclubs in Paris.
Particularity of the case: if the individuals did not manage to make the pockets of their victims on the dance floor, they did not hesitate to charm them in order to be able to steal their personal effects just after having had sex.
The case landed in June on the office of investigators of the brigade for the repression of banditry (BRB) after a "tip": two men would scour bars and nightclubs, both homosexual and heterosexual, looking victims tipsy - and therefore less vigilant - to steal their credit cards. Over the course of the investigations, investigators identify two Turks, aged 36 and 37. They note that the latter target those whose bank code they have previously been able to see. "When they achieved their goals, they immediately went to the nearest distributor to extract the maximum amount of money before the victim made opposition," said a police source.
On October 15, officials spotted their car parked near one of their favorite places.
They then go to the nightclub, see them steal a card in the middle of the dancing crowd and then leave in the direction of the ATM.
Six facts were attributed to them between the month of June and mid-October even if the investigators speculate much more.
