“The European Commission has announced the allocation of an additional € 3.5 million in humanitarian aid to support vulnerable populations affected by the conflict in eastern Ukraine,” the statement said.
It is noted that the allocated funds will allow vulnerable segments of the population to gain access to medicine and basic necessities.
Earlier it became known that the EU will provide Ukraine with € 600 million in the framework of macro-financial assistance.
