The draft stipulates that telecommunications business operators shall regulate the transmission of real calling numbers and the leasing of telecommunications lines, block and intercept the changed calls, and conduct traceability verification.
Telecommunications business operators shall strictly regulate the transmission of the calling number of the entry and exit offices of international communications services, and identify and intercept false and irregular calls within and between networks.
