In last week's party leader debate, the Green Party's spokesman Per Bolund chose to describe Ulf Kristersson's government alternative for "blue-brown".

The word choice is now judged by the Moderates' party leader, who describes the word choice as a slander.

- To insult and soil each other instead of talking factual politics, I think it is bad.

I do not intend to deal with it, I do not intend to respond with the same coin.

I have respect for my political opponents, says Kristersson in Sunday's Agenda.

"Each party is responsible for itself"

SD's historical roots and the fact that there are regularly examples of party activists and party representatives who have expressed themselves racistly and sometimes with ideas from the white-power ideology is nothing that hinders the cooperation he has previously opened up to.

- I do not think that the roots of the Western Party and the Sweden Democrats prevent us from settling on concrete issues where we think the same.

Otherwise we would not get anything done in Swedish politics.

Then each party must be responsible for itself, of course, says Kristersson and continues:

- In the long run, just caring about throwing insults at each other instead of focusing on the issues where you could achieve something good for Sweden, I think is unjustifiable.
