" assures an adviser to Emmanuel Macron.

The head of state gave no indication to the Committee of the Estates General of Justice which will pilot the operation.

An "

independent and transpartisan

 " committee which has "

carte blanche

 ", insists the Elysee.

The proof is that it will be chaired by Jean-Marc Sauvé, who distinguished himself by leading the work on pedocriminality in the Church.

Also members of this committee, the two highest magistrates in France, François Molins, public prosecutor, and Chantal Arenss, who chairs the Court of Cassation.

The presidents of the law committees of the National Assembly and the Senate, as well as personalities from the judicial world will also be part of it.

Emmanuel Macron will put in place everything that does not require the passage of a law, assures his entourage.

Impossible to do more than a month and a half before the presidential election.
