"Community Development" reviews a package of technical achievements at "GITEX"

The Ministry of Community Development is participating in the 41st GITEX exhibition “GITEX Technology Week 2021”, which will be held at the World Trade Center in Dubai, during the period from October 17-21, with a set of technical achievements for the Ministry’s work teams in cooperation with the relevant authorities, in the framework of providing more services Quality and proactiveness for all categories of the ministry, embodying the vision of developing digital services and achieving speedy access to all segments of society.

Her Excellency Moza Al Akraf Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Development, affirmed the Ministry's commitment to developing digital services for customers within the framework of embodying the realistic and actual concept of community service, and motivating the work teams in the Ministry to implement new digital initiatives and services that enhance the ministry's progress and excellence by developing proactive solutions and services that reach customers based on the principle of work. In accordance with the directions of the digital government and proactive services, in implementation of the directives and aspirations of the state leadership.

Moza Al Akraf Al Suwaidi said that the process of developing the ministry's services translates the aspirations of the leadership and the government of the UAE on the basis of the new methodology of government work in the country, allowing all segments of society to obtain the best services with the least effort and as quickly as possible, noting that the basis of the vision and strategy for developing services stems from Considering that all categories of those dealing with the Ministry are always priority categories, whether they are: family, childhood, young people who are about to marry, senior citizens, beneficiaries of social security and people of determination.

The Ministry's initiatives at GITEX 2021 include the "Digital Quality of Life Platform", which is part of the "Digital Quality of Life Program", and seeks to raise awareness about digital risks and challenges and promote the safe and positive use of digital technologies and the Internet.

The platform includes several axes, including: electronic footprint, digital privacy, electronic games, electronic bullying and other topics.

It also reviews the protection package (Son app), which is a smart application for early detection of potential abuse against any individual by answering a set of questions that show the extent of the person's exposure to harm, and then providing him with the action he can take and the responsible party.

At GITEX, the ministry presents the ministry's services platform that is in line with modern technologies, and is always looking to increase the use of technology in the context of providing the best services to employees in a safe and flexible manner.

Also, during GITEX, the ministry introduced the public to the mechanisms for registering in Fazaa for senior citizens, which is a proactive service to provide the Fazaa card for senior citizens.

It also presents the community integration platform, which aims to provide an integrated umbrella for the social care sector at the state level, and contributes to providing real-time data for beneficiaries of social services.
