“Limit the weight of the SIM, which has the right for combined movement with pedestrians, - 35 kg,” the resolution says.
The document specifies that only children over seven years old will be able to move on the SIM, and the younger ones will not be able to do this unaccompanied by adults.
The project also states that SIM drivers need to be guided by the signals of the traffic controller for pedestrians.
Earlier, Russian singer Andrei Gubin commented on the situation with electric scooters in Moscow and appealed to the city authorities with a proposal to ban this type of transport on the sidewalks.
