Al-Sisi: What works in Egypt is done with divine support

During his speech at the inauguration ceremony of a number of alternative housing projects for unsafe areas, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said: “Whoever works in Egypt, this is done with divine support, not with our abilities, and by God Almighty, this is divine support. He is Al-Ati Al-Wahhab. Help us find the reasons.

He added, according to what was reported by the Egyptian newspaper "Al-Watan", that a committee was formed years ago, followed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister, and at that time it estimated the size of Egypt's direct losses in 2011 at about 400 billion dollars, which means 6 trillion pounds, due to the lack of attention of the state and those in charge of it at the time. On building awareness, it almost destroyed the country.

Al-Sisi cited what was happening in Egypt at the time, saying: “A serious issue when the doctor who sends you your prescription is giving you the wrong prescription,” and stressed the importance of controlling population growth, saying: “Oh, Egyptians, government officials … O people, who are in the media. O people, at any point, if the population growth in Egypt is not controlled, what will be done will not be possible.”
