NHK: in Tokyo, a man with a knife attacked people at a train station

As reported by NHK, at least two people were injured.

The incident took place at Ueno Station.

The police are investigating the attempted murder.

Earlier in Norway, an attack by a man with a bow and arrow killed five people.

The attacker was detained.

The police qualified the incident as a terrorist attack.
