Investigative Committee opened a case on the death of three children in a fire in a private house in Kuzbass

“On this fact ... a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art.

109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (causing death by negligence to two or more persons), ”the statement reads.

According to the investigation, on October 15, local residents, noticing that the house of their neighbors was on fire, called the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

By the time the rescuers arrived, they took the 54-year-old owner out of the house and hospitalized him.

When the fire was extinguished, the bodies of three children were found.

It is noted that employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and an investigation team are working on the spot.
