A year ago, the assassination of Samuel Paty, professor of history and geography at the Bois d'Aulne college in Conflans Sainte-Honorine, on October 16, 2020, once again mourned France.

Cartooning for Peace continues to strengthen its educational actions in schools by supporting education professionals in particular in raising awareness of freedom of expression, through the "Pedagogy through press cartoons and fundamental freedoms" program.
Cartooning for Peace is an international network of cartoonists committed to promoting, through the universality of press cartoons, freedom of expression, human rights and mutual respect between populations of different cultures or beliefs.
