“There will be 69 restaurants in total, which have become part of the first edition of the guide for Moscow,” RIA Novosti quoted Michelin director as saying.
According to him, the guide will include both restaurants with stars and winners of the BIB Gourmand award, that is, "good food for reasonable money."
Russia will become the 33rd country to publish this gastronomic guide, and Moscow will become the first city in the CIS with cafes and restaurants marked with stars and special signs.
Earlier, Michelin predicted the rapid development of the gastronomy sector in Moscow.
