The company faces a fine in the amount of 800 thousand to 4 million rubles, the agency specifies.
As previously reported in court, Facebook and Telegram can voluntarily pay the assigned administrative fines within 60 days from the date the regulations come into force.
Telegram must pay fines under two orders for 5 million rubles by October 24, and under three more orders, for 7 million rubles, by November 7.
