October 14, 2021 The green pass will be mandatory from tomorrow also for the premier and ministers.

The Dpcm, published today in the Official Journal, establishes that the obligation "is extended to every person - who is not a simple user of the services provided by the administration - who accesses the structure for the performance of any activity other than the use of the services provided by the administration ".

"Therefore, to access the administration, in addition to public administration employees, any other person must have a" green pass " - including visitors and political authorities or members of the councils and assemblies of local and regional autonomies - who go there to carry out their own business or on behalf of their employer ".

Tomorrow the first Council of Ministers of the 'green pass' era will be held at Palazzo Chigi.

The obligation to have the green pass will be valid until 31 December 2021.

Employees who do not show the green pass at the entrance will be considered unjustified absent without the right to remuneration or accrual of any other emolument, with the right only to retain the place of work.

If the lack of possession of the green pass is ascertained within the workplace, the employer must transmit to the Prefect the documents relating to the violation for the imposition of a sanction from 600 to 1500 euros.
