Auction of 102 parking spaces in Madrid and Aranjuez: from 7,700 euros plus VAT and award to the highest bid

There are 102 parking spaces located in the city of Madrid and in the municipality of Aranjuez, they have been auctioned and will be awarded to the highest bidder.

The match price that has been set for each one of them

- plus 21% VAT - depending on the type, location and surface.

The bid is organized by the Social Housing Agency (AVS), which depends on the regional government, and that with this initiative wants to facilitate access to garages at a cost "lower than the market" at the same time that "property assets are cleaned up disused public ". Those interested can submit their offers until December

and by mid-January they will know whether or not they are the new owners.

The car parks, all for cars, are located in developments of official protection flats already built, most of them in the capital: 57 in the Tubilla square, nine in La Bañeza street and eight in Aranzo street, in the

The announcement of the auction has been published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, where it is specified that there will not be an established schedule of visits and that those interested have to call

to arrange it.

"With measures like this, the Community of Madrid has managed to

to 4.3 million euros at the beginning of September. These figures are far from the 570 million euros that the public entity owed ago only eight years ", they explain in the Department of Environment and Housing of Madrid.
