There are conditions there, there is also a hospital, ”the court said.
Earlier, the court at a meeting in the hospital arrested him until December 13.
The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the student had pleaded guilty in full.
On September 20, Bekmansurov opened fire in the building of the Perm State National Research University, as a result of which six people died and dozens were injured.
During the arrest, the shooter resisted and was wounded.
