According to the WeChat official account of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Health Commission, from 7:00 on October 13, 2021 to 7:00 on October 14, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infections. One case has been confirmed locally (in Erlianhot City).
The local confirmed case in Erlianhot was a closed-loop manager of Huitong Logistics Park in Erlianhot.
On October 12, Erenhot City conducted a routine nucleic acid test on the closed-loop management personnel of Huitong Logistics Park every other day and found that a group of tests were positive. On October 13, all 32 closed-loop management personnel of Huitong Park were tested for nucleic acid, and 1 of them was found to be positive. The remaining 31 people were negative.
On the afternoon of October 13th, the Xilinguole League Center for Disease Control re-judged and the result was positive. After consultation with the autonomous region's medical treatment expert group, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.
At present, the epidemiological investigation and environmental disinfection of the patient are in progress.
As of 7:00 on October 14, 2021, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region currently has 4 imported confirmed cases, 1 imported Fuyang case (in Ulanhot City, Xing'an League), and 1 local confirmed case (in Erlianhot City), all at designated locations Hospitals are isolated and treated. All close contacts are quarantined in designated places for medical observation. Closed-loop management is implemented throughout the entire process to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
