The U.S. Department of Homeland Security says it will allow entry of vaccinated foreigners, including entry by land and sea, from Mexico and Canada, which borders Mexico, starting next month.



Entry through automobiles, railroads, and ships has been strictly prohibited except for essential purposes such as trade, but only those who have completed the vaccine will be released.
