Filipstad's bathhouse is in poor condition and will be demolished and replaced with a new one.
The price tag for the new bathhouse has been calculated at SEK 197 million.
On Thursday, October 14, the City Council will make a decision on how the construction will be financed.
The Social Democrats and the Left Party want to borrow the entire sum, while the opposition, led by the Moderates, want to borrow some and sell part of the municipality's forest.
